Oh mannnn, it's late and i'm not done with homework. Yeah, you're probably thinking that i should put a sock in it, stop complaining and get down to work. You know, i'd do that, really, i would, but for some reason, i don't feel like doing that. 

Anyway, it's the season of lent(i think)! That means i have to be on my best behavior. No bitching, no gossiping, no bumming around, etc. It's not going to be easy and i know i'm definitely going to stumble along the way but that's ok. Every time i make a mistake, i'll just have to kick myself and remind myself not to be such an idiot again. Haha i'm going to be in such a sad and sorry state at the end of this. But it'll be all worth it. =)

This week's going to be a crazy one, with the many tests and mountain of homework. It's times like these that i wonder what i got myself into, going to a JC. 

I don't know how i'm going to get through tomorrow. Right now, i'd give anything for tomorrow to go away, better yet, to never come. I want to go to sleep now and wake up to Tuesday. 

Oh god, i feel awful. I think it's because i miss you. 

Oh man, we were such awesome fantastical gothic commoners. Haha yeah, the make up was super thick but pretty gothic i think. Credits to fel! She's really good with that kind of stuff. =) We weren't supposed to be smiling, to play along with the theme and all. Hahaha it was pretty fun.



This was right after we changed out of our costumes. Haha i gave myself a fright when i walked out of the cubicle and saw my reflection in the mirror. We had a hell of a time cleaning off the make up. Seriously, it wasn't easy and we didn't manage to get everything off.

Overall, i think we all had fun. Especially when Jacq, Melvin and i went running around the school like scary idiots, looking for good places to take photos. I think i even had fun being bored out of wits watching the rather odd movie. 

Supper at Prata House wasn't too bad either, despite having to wait like, forever for them to take our orders. Haha Justin even contemplated sitting on the tables to get their attention. But when the food came, everyone became happy again and all was forgiven.

Finally, after a millions of years, i met up with yanyee for lunch! =D Haha even after all this time, you haven't changed a bit! You're still a glutton without a gram of fat and you're still as sweet as ever! You know, i would have taken a picture of the very nice present you gave me, but because i think i look funny in the photos you used, i'm not going to. Haha thanks yan!=)

Friday the 13th

I just found this interesting:

The fear of Friday the 13th is called paraskavedekatriaphobia, a word derived from the concatenation of the Greek words Paraskeví (meaning Friday), and dekatreís (meaning thirteen), attached to phobía (meaning fear). This is a specialized form of triskaidekaphobia, a simple phobia (fear) of the number thirteen, and is also known as friggatriskaidekaphobia. The term triskaidekaphobia was derived in 1911 and first appeared in a mainstream source in 1953.

Honestly, i don't think i'll ever remember those terms, but you know, it doesn't matter. I just felt like putting that down for like, umm, general knowledge? 

So anyway, today started off pretty horribly, what with me getting up late and missing my bus. Then getting to school and having to go for PE where we had to do actual stuff, like run and jump and hop and walk backwards and do lunges. BUT. My luck changed after a bunch of little green men were magicked my way. Haha i started having fun with the class and then later the swimmers. 

The J1 swimmers this year are really quite a fun bunch. Dinner at Subway was entertaining(pink lurrvee, eh? haha) and the trip to town with Clarence but without Clarence was pointless but enjoyable nonetheless. =)

I am now at home and tired but very much contented. =)

COLAAAAAA! Haha this was us, months back. Anyway, I hope you're safe and sound in Australia! I miss you already!

Been sleeping later and later and it's getting more of a challenge paying attention and handing in work on time. But it's alright. We'll pull through, we'll push each other=)

I FEEL SO ACCOMPLISHED

I did so many things today! So many that i think i'll sum up my day in point form.

1. Met Yoke at Bugis. She was on time and i was late because i didn't think she'd be on time. Haha. Oh, Jacq was supposed to be there too but she couldn't make it at the last minute.
2. We ate and studied at Hans for a little while and Yoke used the blanket she brought from home. 
3. We got hungry after 2hours so we stopped studying and went to eat at Ministry of Food. The ramen was so good!
4. We went to shop a little.
5. We went to the hidden arcade. Haha we played Silent Hill and screamed till our throats hurt and sounded like guys.
6. We ate for the third time. Actually, we didn't eat this time. I had bubble tea and Yoke had some mango sago thing.
7. We went home. Well, we were supposed to go home anyway. It was about 2pm. See how much we did in such a short time!
8. I went to meet the Neighbourhood to celebrate PY's birthday. Haha i didn't think i'd be able to make it, but i did!
9. Fel got squashed by an impatient old woman while waiting to pay for something. She waited a really long time in that really uncomfortable position but she didn't get to buy her stuff in the end because she was in the wrong queue. Haha.
10. Fort Canning!



11. Then we went home after grabbing a drink/hotdog from 7-11. 
12. Me, Freda and Qing bounced because we wanted seats in the train and we had fun talking about stupid things and being stupid.
13. Now i'm at home and i'm going to celebrate my mum's birthday=)

CCA Bazaar

Don't you just love the word 'bazaar'? I think it's a cool word. Like, you can say 'baaazaaaarr', or maybe even 'baza'. Haha.

CHAR KWAY TIAO-CKT

CKT and teh tarik at Wisma for lunch with Yoke and Nat today! The food wasn't too bad but none of us managed to finish the whole plate because it was just toooo much. Lessons ended so early today that every time we looked at the time, we were shocked to find out that it wasn't as late as we thought it was. That made us happy. 

Oh yes, we bought Melvin a little something too. Hahahahaha.

KITTEN

I went for brunch with Allysa and my parents today. AND LOOK AT WHAT WE FOUND:

I'm not a cat person really, but this kitten was so tiny and pitiful that i couldn't help but feel sorry for it.

Me and Allysa bought some cat food for it because it look starved. Don't know if we were allowed to do it, but heck. It was in such a sad state that it would have been mean to have done otherwise.  

It's Sunday, the 1st of February.

In other words, today's supposed to be really good, because

1. it's Allysa's birthday, so                                                                          HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY BRATTY SISTER!
2.       i get to collect my allowance. That always makes me happy. Don't deny it, i know it         makes you happy too!        
3. sunday=weekend=no school=wake up whatever time/do whatever you want. You get my drift. 

Although it's supposed to be great and all, i don't feel that way yet. Maybe i'm just tired. Or maybe it's because the sun hasn't risen yet and today just isn't today yet.
