Today, during SD, we were asked to fill in a pink piece of paper with our scores for the common tests. I didn't have any trouble writing down whatever needed to be written down but after i was done, i looked at what i'd written down and it i got a huge shock. I knew i'd done pretty horribly before today, but i think i never really occurred to me how badly i'd done.
I guess it's what people would say it was a 'good wake up call'. Right now, the memory of that piece of pink paper and how awful it made me feel is still fresh in my mind, and maybe that's why i feel the urge to hit the books(or in my case, a huge pile of notes) and bury my head in them like i should have done long ago.
Goodbye social life, hello life with books for friends.

Swimmers=) They're an awesome bunch of people!
We met up early today to eat and then study(yeah, that's what we were doing in the first 2 pictures) before training. It wasn't necessarily the most productive study session, but work was still done. Training was hell today. Seriously, this time i'm not exaggerating. But despite that training-from-hell session, we still made it a point to have dinner like we always do. Only difference this time was that we didn't stay at toa payoh, we ventured to a place beyond that. We went to Marina Square. We filled our tummies and then went to the grass patch and relaxed and enjoyed each other's company. A few rounds of Truth or Dare ended off the night nicely. =)
You know, we've only parted about 2 hours ago, but i miss the swimmers already. Good thing i'll be seeing them in about 8 hours from now. =)

You know, sometimes when i'm blogging, i feel like i'm having a monologue. But it's ok,i have fun talking to myself. I guess blogging's for the self-obsessed. Haha.
Anyway, it's awesome now that CTs are over. No more waking up at 3 in the morning to cram because i didn't start revision earlier, which was stupid of me. I regret not putting in more effort.
Oh, yesterday was really great! The class had lunch at Sakura at Far East (just so you know, it's sells thai food, not japanese). After that, we split into three groups. Majority of the guys went to play LAN, a few went to shop and the rest of us girls, including me, went to watch a movie. It was quite funny how we went to Lido, then Cine and then finally, to Great World just so that we would have something to do. We watched Benjamin Button (pronounced Bar-nn haha). I loved the movie! =)
Had training just a while ago. Swimming isn't fun, but the dinners after that more than make up for it.=)
